Glamourous Graydon Hall Manor Wedding

A bride and groom kissing on the Graydon Hall balcony

Holy moly, this glamorous Graydon Hall Manor wedding is truly one of a kind! Julie and Andre are both so cheerful, warm and easy-going. It was an absolute pleasure to witness their beautiful celebration. Julie is one stylish gal and Andre is a dapper man about town and I think their wedding really showed off their fashion-loving personality. With it’s sleek white and gold details, modern lines and abstract patterns it perfectly showed off Julie’s impeccable taste and eye for design.

When I met up with Julie to go over her Graydon Hall Manor wedding details, she told me that her entire theme was inspired by her dress! To say that I was intrigued is an understatement. It’s always interesting to learn what inspires my couples for their wedding day and the responses are always different. After all, there are no two weddings alike and it’s only natural that my couples are inspired by unique things whether it’s their favorite song, movie or a dress! Having noticed my intrigued look, Julie immediately pulled up her cell phone and showed me a picture of her dress. Modern and elegant, her gorgeous Lee Petra Grebenau gown featured a simple cut, an edgy slit and hundreds of pearl beads. I knew instantly that her wedding day was going to be as stunning as her gown!

When I arrived at Graydon Hall Manor on the morning of the wedding, I felt as if I entered their family house. The air was filled with happy chatter, delighted anticipation, and excitement. Julie radiated warmth and happiness and it transferred to everyone around her. Once she was all dressed up and ready to go, her dad came into the room to walk her down to the ceremony space. As they were standing there peeking through the curtains watching the Graydon Hall garden filling with guests, I caught the sweet moment between her and her father. It is one of my favorite snapshots of her special day!

Their wedding ceremony took place at the Graydon Hall Manors’ beautiful garden. There’s something utterly romantic about outdoor ceremonies and I love how elegant Graydon Hall’s garden looks. However, Julie and Andre’s ceremony was a little different to any other ceremonies I have ever seen at this venue. Instead of exchanging their vows at the actual garden, Julie and Andre opted for the fountain area and it looked fantastic! The guests were seated at the basin of the fountain while Julie and Andre stood on top of the stairs. With their graphic statement green wall, they were literally on top of the world!

If the time permits (and I hope it does on your wedding day), I like sneaking out with my couples immediately after their wedding ceremony to document them just as they are and while they’re still in awe from their newly found status as a husband and wife. The elation and emotion that runs through their happy faces is something that I love to photograph! When the Graydon Hall Manor wedding ceremony was over, Julie, Andre and I escaped to the bridal suite to take a few wedding photos. Both of them were still in awe after the ceremony and I loved how they made each other laugh. You can definitely say how deeply in love these two are by looking at their glowing smiles and loving gazes. I kept the photography pretty candid and natural as this is something Julie loved about Mango’s style. She was drawn to Mango Studios for its polished yet effortless style and I wanted their wedding photos to look the same. It’s easy to take beautiful, candid photos that are fresh and filled with emotion when your couple is everything but ordinary!

Once we were finished with the photos, we drove to Chateau Le Parc to check out the reception space and oh my was I surprised! Drawing the inspiration from her gown, Julie and Andre transformed the Chateau Le Parc’s wedding hall into a modern and glamorous affair! The talented Sunny Kiani from Lux Events Co worked her magic and helped bring Julie’s vision to life by filling the space with hundreds of white flowers, chic gold accents, and royal blue details. Truffle Cake & Pastry awed everyone with a fabulous sweet table full of geometric treats. It was great to see Julie’s vision come together as one fabulous affair!

The surprises didn’t end there as the guests were treated to an amazing ballet performance and danced the night away to the upbeat tunes. You could find me singing with the rest of the party and having a great night. Julie and Andre, thank you so much for making me a part of your day. I wish nothing but the best in the world!
