My name is Mo Govindji, and I’m the founder of MANGO, and I have an aggressive mandate to further business development. I am looking for a passionate and proven sales leader to join my team. You are outgoing, charismatic, and willing to do whatever it takes to achieve your goals. You will report directly to me, and will be responsible to further develop our sales strategy. You will also bring on new hires to help you with this initiative as we grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase conversion of inbound leads through sales and marketing automation tools. (You should have experience using at least one, example, Salesforce, Hubspot, Infusionsoft)
  • Increase conversion of inbound leads through your natural ability to close a sale.
  • Drive a new lead gen initiatives using, PPC, SEM, SEO, etc.
  • Manage client communication and accounts.
  • Organize and host community events, customer appreciation, new client out reach and education.
  • Manage and operate trade shows.
  • Conduct in-person sales consultations and phone calls.
  • Create new content for Website, and Social Media. (Written, and potentially videos.)
  • Manage and optimize our CMS, and prepare regular reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years sales experience with a focus on Weddings and Events, or the Creative / Digital space.
  • Familiar with sales and marketing automation software tools.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling and negotiating techniques.
  • Comfortable developing creative solutions on the fly.
  • Track record of leadership and sales.
  • You are technically savvy, up to date on the current tools.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of audiences.
