The Position:

• As the digital marketing manager you will be a key part of the Growth Team, responsible for the development and execution of various projects.
• Oversee and drive growth across all stages of the funnel, lead generation, conversion, retention and referrals.
• Drive traction by leveraging your experience with various marketing tools, including marketing and email automation (Hubspot, Salesforce Pardot, or equivalent) , SEM, SEO, PPC, Social, Video , retargeting etc.
• You will develop end to end campaigns, from proposal to execution. You have experience with running quick and cost effective tests, validating, reporting, and scaling up campaigns.
• You will manage and grow your team of marketers and support staff.
• You have the ability to lead by example and through clear and effective communication.

Experience:

• 5+ years in a senior marketing management role.
• Digital marketing / Growth hacking pro!
• Expert level marketing measurement and reporting.
• You have been successful in a similar role at a consumer facing high growth company.
• You embrace start up culture, creativity, and have a keen appreciation for photography, design, and visual arts.
• Experienced with various modern software including Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, Facebook Marketing, A/B testing tools, Unbounce, project management tools etc.
• You easily grasp new concepts, highly organized, and have strong communications skills.
• You are a proven leader and thrive on growing innovative companies.

Nice to have:

• Experience with photography.
• A keen understanding of how to communicate messaging for a luxury brand.
• Experience working with a consumer tech brand.
