THRIVES WITH
Detailed timelines and deep pre-wedding consultations to map out what matters most.

A perfect wedding gallery should feel like a relaxed, honest, magazine-worthy narrative of two people in love.

MANGO: What can couples expect from you on the wedding day?

SERGIO: I’m all about creating a relaxed space where you feel comfortable, confident, and fully present while I capture authentic, emotional moments and interactions.

MANGO: How does your approach shift when shooting corporate or branding work?

SERGIO: The role of a photographer is versatile, but the core approach remains similar. I’m always pivoting to be a curious observer, using the camera to notice meaningful, polished moments and strategic visuals that align beautifully with the brand’s story and objectives.

MANGO: What’s happening in your mind just before you press the shutter?

SERGIO: I’m scanning the room for meaningful cues: light, emotion, connection, and the specific story I want to tell in that frame. I’m always ready to capture honesty—those subtle in-between glances, soft laughs, and real interactions.

MANGO: What does being part of Mango Studios mean to you personally?

SERGIO: Being part of Mango Studios means collaborating with a talented collective to tell meaningful stories through light and connection, elevating every client’s moment with integrity and artistry.

MANGO: Black & white or colour?

SERGIO: Both. I choose the mood that best serves the specific moment. I love colour for its vibrant, real-life energy, and black & white for timeless, emotive clarity.

THRIVES WITH
Arriving early to master the light for first looks, family portraits, and golden hour.

Luxury in photography feels like a seamless blend of flawless light, genuine emotion, and images that feel both editorial and deeply personal.

MANGO: What’s one thing clients immediately notice about your work?

ANNE MARIE: The feeling behind the image: genuine emotion, connection, and a storytelling quality that makes moments feel completely alive.

MANGO: What’s your approach to working with camera-shy couples?

ANNE MARIE: I meet them exactly where they feel comfortable, reassure them with clear direction, and cheer them on so they feel confident. My goal is to make sure no nervousness shows through in the final photos.

MANGO: What type of portrait session brings out your most creative side?

ANNE MARIE: Engagement sessions, without a doubt. They give us a chance to see how couples naturally interact, try different poses, and discover what they love or don’t love well before the wedding day arrives.

MANGO: What wedding moment do you give the most attention to?

ANNE MARIE: The moments that reveal genuine emotion and connection—from intimate, quiet exchanges to the raw reactions of loved ones looking on.

MANGO: How would you describe the Mango aesthetic in your own words?

ANNE MARIE: Documentary moments met with thoughtful composition, anchored by a calm, supportive presence that helps couples feel truly seen and relaxed.

MANGO: Golden hour or candlelight?

ANNE MARIE: Golden hour, every time. I love it for its soft, flattering light and timeless, romantic mood.

Clear communication, a relaxed vibe, and a flexible timeline that lets moments breathe.

Emotion in photography is the purest form of storytelling: real, unposed feeling captured in a single frame.

MANGO: How would you describe your style without using the word “romantic”?

DEVIN: Human-centred, cinematic, and intimate.

MANGO: Do you prefer capturing quiet, intimate moments or bold, dramatic ones?

DEVIN: Both, but I will always lean toward quiet, intimate moments that reveal real, true connection.

MANGO: Do you remember the first wedding you ever shot? What did it teach you?

DEVIN: Yes, I was the second shooter. I learned a lot from the lead that day, and it also showed me how intuitive I naturally am on a wedding day. It taught me the absolute importance of presence, anticipation, and building quick trust with the couple to let candid moments unfold naturally.

MANGO: What inspires you most when shooting branding or editorial work?

DEVIN: Diverse environments, like art installations or travel destinations, that spark completely new visual ideas.

MANGO: What does being part of the Mango collective allow you to do creatively?

DEVIN: It gives me access to a supportive community of storytellers, shared inspiration, and opportunities to explore varied assignments while staying entirely true to my distinctive voice.

THRIVES WITH
Deep client trust, open communication, and the freedom to blend planning with spontaneity.

When everything aligns, it feels like a quiet, bright breath of time, the day unfolding exactly as it should, with you right in the center, present, loved, and free to be yourselves.

MANGO: What separates a beautiful photo from a meaningful one?

VERONICA: Beauty is found in the composition, light, and craft. Meaning comes from emotion, connection, and memory—how the moment actually felt as you lived it. The most meaningful photos capture a deep truth about the people involved, not just a pretty frame.

MANGO: What’s your philosophy on photographing first looks?

VERONICA: First looks are a powerful, intimate moment that sets the day’s emotional tone. I create a calm, supportive space so you can feel entirely present with your partner. I guide you with gentle prompts and natural posing that lets your genuine connection shine—while staying mindful of the timeline.

MANGO: What moment always feels cinematic to you?

VERONICA: The exchange just before a kiss, when two people realize everyone in the room is witness to a turning point in their lives. The glow of golden-hour light on a reception floor, laughter cutting through the music, and the way a final dance feels like a scene lifted straight from a film.

MANGO: How does photographing corporate events differ emotionally from weddings?

VERONICA: Weddings are deeply personal and relational, focused on two families and a couple’s specific story. Corporate events center on people, culture, and shared purpose—there’s more emphasis on branding, strategic objectives, and group dynamics. Emotionally, weddings feel intimate and cinematic, while corporate events lean into energy, teamwork, and the collective experience.

MANGO: What’s one thing Mango does differently that you genuinely value?

VERONICA: We prioritize a calm, confident presence that makes you feel at ease from the first conversation to the final gallery. We balance editorial, timeless posing with playful, candid moments, ensuring your day feels authentic and enjoyable. Our process emphasizes clear communication, collaboration, and a personalized shot list that aligns with your story.

MANGO: Night flash or natural daylight?

VERONICA: Natural daylight whenever possible for its warmth and authenticity. I use flash very thoughtfully to maintain mood and depth when needed—never overpowering the scene, always enhancing the natural moment.

The MANGO Signature

At MANGO Studios, artistry meets precision. While each photographer brings a unique perspective, what unites them is a commitment to storytelling, emotional authenticity, and refined visual language.

This balance between individuality and cohesion is what defines the MANGO experience.

I look for the unintentional moments we missed, capturing real presence when the world stops looking.

HARVEY: My style is heavily influenced by street and fashion photography. I love mixing these two approaches in one project—it creates a modern, magazine-like vibe while still keeping the candid moments that tell the real story.

MANGO: What wedding moment moves you most during a celebration?

HARVEY: The reception always moves me the most. It’s the point where all the day’s stress is gone, and people finally relax, enjoy themselves, and share completely genuine moments and laughter.

MANGO: What invisible detail do you always notice?

HARVEY: I always notice the shifting emotions between the couple. I believe when they’re relaxed and truly enjoying the moment, the photos naturally look their best. I’m very sensitive to whether my subjects are truly present or if their minds are somewhere else.

MANGO: How would you describe the Mango signature in three words?

HARVEY: Clean, moments, eye-catching.

HARVEY: Honestly, any project that gets me behind the camera and lets me be creative excites me. As long as there’s room to experiment visually and tell a compelling story, I’m in.

Stepping back and allowing a real human moment to unfold without premature intervention.

If a photograph could whisper, it would say: stay in this moment.

MANGO: What makes your composition instantly recognizable?

CALVERT: Wide, cinematic framing, playing intentionally with dramatic light and shadows, and capturing decisive movement.

MANGO: What wedding moment unfolds too quickly for most people?

CALVERT: Often, couples think the first look needs to be quick. We want to slow it down and allow for more emotion, giving them time to truly soak in that moment together before taking on the rest of their special day.

MANGO: What draws you to photograph people outside of weddings?

CALVERT: I view faces as narratives—I love capturing grit, character, and authentic, lived-in moments.

MANGO: What inspires you most about being part of a creative collective like Mango?

THRIVES WITH
The quiet drama hiding inside everyday moments.

The frame I chase most is two people laughing at something nobody else in the room heard.

MANGO: What inspires your photography the most?

BRIE: Film, music, and an ever-growing collection of art books fuel my creative vision. Beyond that, having the privilege of witnessing love and family come together on a wedding day is something that truly fills me with purpose.

MANGO: What advice would you give to couples for their wedding day?

BRIE: Relish every single moment — it passes more quickly than you can imagine. Try not to let outside influences pull you away from being fully present in your own day. And remember, as your photographer, we are by your side from start to finish. We are here for you entirely — not just to take photographs, but to support you throughout the entire experience. Let us be a resource for you.

MANGO: What wedding detail deserves more attention than it gets?

BRIE:  The walk from the ceremony to the reception,  that beautiful, slightly chaotic stretch where the formality has just broken and nobody knows quite what to do yet. The couple is married. It just happened. And there’s this look on people’s faces that you can’t manufacture.

MANGO: How do you maintain your individuality within the Mango aesthetic?

BRIE: I shoot a lot of negative space. I like people small in a big frame; it says something about how vulnerable these moments actually are. That’s just how I naturally see things, and I’ve stopped trying to talk myself out of it.

MANGO: What role does intuition play in your work?

BRIE: I’d say it’s less intuition and more restlessness — I can’t stay still, I’m always moving to the next angle, the next room, the next edge of the frame. Something in me just knows when a moment is about to happen before it does. I’ve learned to trust that feeling completely.

MANGO: Monochrome edit or true-to-colour?
BRIE: Colour first, always. But if I strip the colour away and the photo gets stronger, that’s how I know the moment was real.

14 Perspectives. One Timeless Standard.

A wedding is not just an event. It is a story unfolding in real time. Our photographers understand the weight of that responsibility — and the privilege of capturing it.

No two artists are the same. No two weddings are the same.
But every Mango gallery carries the same promise: emotion, elegance, and intention.
