Sales Coordinator

The Business Development Specialist position at MANGO is a full time position which requires an individual who is deeply interested in Weddings and Events industry. You should be outgoing, a natural people person and can quickly develop creative solutions for potential customers. You are competitive, professional, and thrive in team environments. You also understand the high-end service markets.
Responsibilities
- Meet pre-qualified clients in our offices, these are the customers who are keenly interested in working with MANGO for their Wedding Photography.
- Walk clients through presentations, offer creative solutions based on their unique needs, and close the sale.
- Negotiate pricing & executing client booking contracts
- Work with existing customers and seek out upsell opportunities
- Prospect for new opportunities and new potential clients and partnerships
- Keep records of your sales efforts and pipeline using Salesforce CRM platform
- Work closely with vendor partners and plan creative shoots, events, giveaways and more
- Provide management with sales and KPI related reports for weekly sales meeting
- Seek out new and creative opportunities to drive revenue and oversee business development initiatives from start to finish
- Partner with the marketing team to drive marketing strategies and targeted marketing campaigns towards groups of prospects
- Work to ensure clients have a great experience from entry to exit. You will work closely with Customer Success and Production Teams on client experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales/business development experience in hospitality, high-end retail, wedding or events industry is preferred
- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline
- Experience with CRM (Ideally Salesforce)
- Team player, can work individually and within a group
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Sales driven attitude to generate maximum revenue
- Ability to think creatively, cohesively and independently
- Results driven attitude with a passion for business development
- Self-starter with the ability to think quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Legally able to work in Canada

Photo Editor
Location: Toronto
The Position:

Mango Studios is looking to expand our team for the 2020 season and we’re always on the hunt for visual story tellers.
The Photo Editor position is an experienced, creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and disciplined professional. This role is an expert in evaluating and selecting images of work of our incredible photographers from weddings to event coverage and then editing them to represent the ‘Mango Brand’ through visual story telling.

Experience:
- Proofing wedding or events photography experience
- Exceptional at achieving time-sensitive production goals while managing multiple (and competing) priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge and understanding of the wedding photography industry
- Photoshop, Lightroom, and Photo Mechanic knowledge

Digital Marketing Manager
aka Growth Hacker
Location: Toronto, ON
The Position:
- As the digital marketing manager you will be a key part of the Growth Team, responsible for the development and execution of various projects.
- Oversee and drive growth across all stages of the funnel, lead generation, conversion, retention and referrals.
- Drive traction by leveraging your experience with various marketing tools, including marketing and email automation (Hubspot, Salesforce Pardot, or equivalent) , SEM, SEO, PPC, Social, Video , retargeting etc.
- You will develop end to end campaigns, from proposal to execution. You have experience with running quick and cost effective tests, validating, reporting, and scaling up campaigns.
- You will manage and grow your team of marketers and support staff.
- You have the ability to lead by example and through clear and effective communication.
Experience:
- 2+ years in a digital marketing role.
- Digital marketing / Growth hacking wiz!
- Expert level marketing measurement and reporting.
- You have been successful in a similar role at a consumer facing high growth company.
