Words cannot describe how I love this Chateau Le Parc wedding. I’ve photographed many beautiful couples inside and out, and Alicia and Vince are no exception. You may be familiar with these two from their super stylish engagement shoot we did back in 2016.

Alicia and Vince managed to pull off a chic and romantic Chateau Le Parc wedding to be remembered. Everything from their unique decor to the small details, spoke to their refined taste and elegance. Both venues for this wedding offered a perfect balance between the old and the new, making for some stunning wedding images.

Inspired by their love for history and architecture, Alicia and Vince opted for the St. Michael’s Cathedral for their wedding ceremony. Grand and traditional, St. Michael’s Cathedral was a perfect setting for Alicia and Vince to exchange their vows. All eyes were on the show stopping bride as she walked down the aisle towards her soon to be husband. Alicia opted for a more dramatic train on her Pronovias gown for the ceremony, adding extra flare for that special moment!

I caught up with the couple after the ceremony at the Thompson Hotel for a fun creative session with their bridal party. Alicia revealed a slim fitting gown under her princess poof, transforming her wedding gown into a super sleek and modern dress, perfect for urban wedding photos. Hands down, her sleek dress with a dramatic train was a show stopper on the Thompson’s iconic rooftop. I wanted to bring in an urban element to their wedding photos, and with clear skies and a gorgeous view of the CN Tower, things came together beautifully. I loved how the colours of the wedding worked well with the hotel’s aesthetic, making for some super chic and modern wedding photos.

I love it when my couples go for two different wedding photography locations in terms of architecture and overall vibe. We live in such a diverse city, and I love showing it off in my creative photography. Alicia and Vince, as most Torontonians do, love hanging in downtown Toronto and are into all things urban. They are also huge family people, so having a big, traditional ceremony and a bridal party that fit their closest family and friends was a must. Having their wedding photos taken both at St. Michael’s and Thompson Hotel was perfect to reflect their diverse taste.

Following to the creative session we joined their friends and family at their Chateau Le Parc wedding reception which was lavishly decorated with gold, white and a luxurious floral accents throughout the venue. Everything about this wedding just breathed romance and elegance all in one, making up for a truly royal feel. I loved how Alicia and Vince incorporated rows of beautiful candle arrangements, adding a special touch to the classy venue in a way that was grand yet simple. There were many smiles and a few tears as the couple danced the night away with their loved ones. Kind words were exchanged and lasting memories were made for this growing family!

Thank you Alicia and Vince for inviting me to be a part of your special day! I wish you both all the best on this new adventure together. Here’s to love, family and a life full of beautiful memories together.
