We are still not done obsessing over all of the beautiful celebrity weddings and parties we’ve photographed in the past years. From Real Housewives of Toronto to All-Star NHL players, we’ve had pleasure to witness the “I Do’s” of some of the most famous people in Canada and beyond. Here are our top 8 A-List Celebrity Weddings and Parties we can’t stop talking about:
1. A-List Bridal Party
Talk about bridal parties! Jennifer and David not only had one of the most stunning weddings we’ve ever photographed, but they also had a bridal party packed with A-List TV personas. Jennifer’s bridesmaids included Lilly Ghalichi of Shahs of Sunset and Dorothy Wang of Rich Kids of Beverly Hills.
2. NHL star, Matthew Beleskey and Victoria Wedding
Current Boston Bruins star, Matthew Beleskey married the girl of his dreams, Victoria, in a lavish ceremony followed by a beautiful wedding reception at the Barrie Country Club.
3. Drake’s Birthday Party
The Boy knows how to throw one of the best parties in town. Drake celebrated his birthday in a stylish setting surrounded by his dearest and nearest friends from OVO. The most amazing chef creations were enjoyed in custom OVO bento boxes and complemented with printed OVO chairs and personalized OVO chopsticks, planned by talented Melissa Andre. There was no question who this party was for. Four One 6ix Perfection.
4. The Weeknd Dinner Party
Melissa Andre organized a dinner party for The Weeknd in just 4 days, and boy we were on board! Graphic elements and hanging Tesla bulbs were tastefully balanced with fresh white orchids softening the overall industrial vibe. And yes, we are still obsessed with these super unique, custom prints on chairs.
5. NHL star, Kristopher Versteeg and Brittany Wedding
For the current Calgary Flames star, Kristopher Versteeg and his lovely fiancee Brittany, the most important thing about their AGO wedding was to have all of their family in one room. They had relatives fly in from all over Canada and Europe, and Brittany was very excited to show them how beautiful Toronto is. No surprise they chose The Art Gallery of Ontario as their wedding venue where guests could not only celebrate their wedding, but also enjoy Canadian art.
6. Real Housewives of Miami stars, Lisa and Dr. Leonard Hochstein
As our team was travelling along the coast of southern Italy, they stopped by the small town of Sardinia where they caught up with Mango’s old friends, Lisa and Lenny Hochstein. They ended up shooting a quick celebrity photoshoot that I absolutely adore! The soft, tender colours of Italian sunset were a perfect backdrop for Lisa and Lenny’s sweet love.
7. NHL star, Sam Gagner and Rachel wedding
The current Columbus Blue Jackets star, Sam Gagner and Rachel Linke exchanged their vows at a heartfelt wedding at Taboo Muskoka. Filled with straight-from-the-garden blooms and twinkling candlelights their Muskoka wedding was pure magic. And let’s not forget their amazing Great Gatsby inspired boat party which we covered the day before their wedding!
8. Real Housewives of Toronto star, Roxy Earle and Raghu Wedding
Roxy and Raghu tied the knot in front of their close family and friends in stormy Mexico. They didn’t let a little rain get them down though. The loose, hanging greenery complemented the surrounding tropical forest instead of competing with it, and further reinforced the intimate feeling of a tropical wedding. I just love Roxy’s orchid necklace and how happy they looked on their special day!
