Tutti Matti with Alida Solomon

Wade and I went to do some shots of Tutti Matti yesterday for King West magazine. We arrived just as the head chef and owner Alida Solomon and her kitchen staff were eating their lunch – and it looked as good as you’d expect when a bunch of top cooks get together to create a meal for each other. While we were shooting Alida cooked us an amazing tagliatelle con cinghiale, which is a hand cut pasta with wild boar stew and porcini mushrooms. After that it’s going to be tough to go back to the simple spagetti and meatballs, so I’m definitly going to be back for more!
