A Bride Getting Ready in her Ines Di Santo Gown

Some of our recent brides have had hesitations as to when to begin coverage of their day, and if we should be with them when they are getting ready in the morning…
As you will see with the post below, we wholeheartedly believe in capturing you getting ready.

It is such an intimate time for you to share with some of the closest people to you – whether it be your best friend or bridesmaids.
One of the best opportunities where we as photographers can capture anticipation before your reveal, is while you are getting ready, especially when you are getting into your dress.
Hair and make-up is fresh, the most important people are with you and we get to capture emotions that you will want to remember.

We shot Christina from Toronto (below) in the morning prior to the ceremony. They had decided not to see each other before the ceremony, so we had the opportunity to capture these intimate moments between her and the maid of honor, who helped her get ready.
It was only the two of them, in her parents bedroom. We photographed her getting into her dress as her maid of honor cried while she buttoned the back of her dress, it was such a special moment to be a part of. We had the chance to learn so much about Christina during this time, which helped us form a connection.
Christina was a stunning bride in her Ines Di Santo gown, we had perfect morning light in the bedroom where we had the chance to get some incredible portraits of the whole experience.

You can see below, we love capturing this special part in your day.

Love, Brie
