- Getting To Know Your Story
Once you meet the team, we will sit down with you to go over your wedding day plans over a cup or two of our signature MANGO tea! We believe a strong relationship is a foundation for incredible photography. We accomplish our unique approach to visual storytelling through this fundamental method of getting to know YOU first. Driven from understanding your unique story, personal style, design interests to musical tastes and the places you like to travel.
Once we know your preferences and style, we will be able to show you what we can do for YOU and how we can best tell the unique story of your wedding day. Our photography coordinator will come up with an approximate timeline that you can share with your other vendors and explain how the wedding day is going to unfold. While planning a wedding might be something new to you, we have been creating timelines for the past 13 years! - Pairing You Up With A Mango Photographer
Once all the formal documents are signed and the deal is sealed, we will pair you up with one of our awesome wedding photographers.
How do we pick your photographer?
We have found that working with your Mango photography coordinator is the BEST way to choose the RIGHT photographer for you. We’re a small team, so when you meet us you will review all the available photographers’ portfolios. You can choose a photographer or allow your event coordinator to pair up the right photographer with you.
Each photographer has their own unique personality, but we all share the same vision and approach to wedding photography. So often the pairing is based on a personality fit.

- Engagement Session
Your relationship with us is so important to your story that we highly encourage you to get to know your photographer in advance of the wedding. Engagement sessions are the best way to accomplish this. You will not only get to know your wedding photographer better but will also learn your best angles and get comfortable in front of the camera. Treat your engagement session like a fun date with your partner, and I guarantee you’ll have a great time 🙂
- Wedding Day!!!
We are creators of elegant, editorial-style and magazine-worthy wedding photographs. Each image is made with a striking balance of creative attention to detail and our signature photojournalistic style. While focusing on great portraiture, we also appreciate all of the in-between moments. The moments you forget all of the noise, the moments that are not forced or posed.
On your wedding day, you’ll find us gently guiding you into a pose as opposed to full-on directing. We love the moments that arise organically when two people come together to celebrate their love, and we do everything in our power to beautifully capture the raw, genuine emotions from your wedding day in your photographs.
- The Grand Reveal And Fine Art Pieces
After the wedding, we create a very special presentation at the studio where we share what we captured and let you relive your wedding day in our state of the art presentation theater. We love it when our couples bring their family along and we get to meet them one more time.
Hands down, this is one of our favorite parts of the whole process! This is when we remember the day. We remember the people. We remember why all of this matters. There’s nothing more rewarding to see our work spark a smile or tears of joy and bring so much happiness! This is when we also realize that our work has grown into something bigger than us because it’s about making people happier doing what we love to do.
